Return Policy

At Creative Allure, our return policy allows for a return to be requested up to 14 days after receipt of your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in the same condition as you received it
  • Must be visibly unworn or unused, with attached tags
  • Must be in its original packaging

The receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided in the return package.

To begin the return process, please contact us directly at mslisa@creativeallure.com. If your return meets the required criteria, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without proper adherence to the steps indicated above will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We ask that you please inspect each item in your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly, ensuring that you receive replacement items as soon as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Although we make every effort to accommodate return requests, there are certain items that cannot be returned under any circumstance. These items include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Sale items and gift cards

We always encourage you to contact us directly if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
If an item needs to be exchanged due to damage, defect, or other unforeseen circumstance, we want you to receive your new item as quickly as possible. The most efficient way to exchange an item is to first return the item you were sent, and when the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you to let you know of your refund status. If approved, a refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please also remember to allow a few days for the refund to post to your account, as your credit card company may need additional processing time.
