RETURN POLICY

At Creative Allure, we aim to provide high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Below are the details of our return policy

OUR TRUSTED PRINT PARTNER:

Please note: Some of our products are fulfilled through our trusted print partner and is produced specifically for you upon order, as a made-to-order product. We collaborate closely with our print partner to ensure high-quality, accurate production. 

Products Manufactured In-House:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • We ask that you please inspect each item in your order upon reception, and contact immediately if items are defective, damage, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate and resolve the the issue promptly, ensuring that you receive a replacement items as soon as possible.
  • To initiate a return, please contact at mslisa@creativeallure.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after we receive the returned item(s) and confirm conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
If an item needs to be exchanged due to damage, defect, or other unforeseen circumstance, we want you to receive your new item as quickly as possible. The most efficient way to exchange an item is to first return the item you were sent, and when th
e return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Products Manufactured by Our Print Partners:

  • Due to the custom nature of these items, products made by our print partner are not eligible for returns. These products are made-to-order specifically for each customer.
  • If there is an is issue with your order, such as a manufacturing error or defect, please contact us mslisa@creativeallure.com. We will work with to resolve the issue promptly.

General Guidelines:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluated the issue and make it right.
  • We do not accept returns for items not in their original condition, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you to let you know of your refund status. If approved, a refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please also remember to allow a few days for the refund to post to your account, as your credit card company may need additional processing time.
