PLACING AN ORDER

To order from Creative Allure simply follow these steps:

  1. 1. Select Your Items: Browse our product pages and click the "Add to Cart" button for  the items you wish to purchase.
  2. Review Your Cart: Click on the "View Cart" button to see all items in your cart. Here, you can adjust quantities or continue shopping if you wish.
  3. Check Out: Once you're ready to proceed, the total cost will be calculated at checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and choose you payment method.
  4. Complete Your Purchase: Submit your payment securely. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Please note: Some of our products are fulfilled through our trusted print partner and is produced specifically for you upon order, as a made-to-order product. We collaborate closely with our print partner to ensure high-quality, accurate production. 

RETURN POLICY

At Creative Allure, we aim to provide high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Below are the details of our return policy:

Products Manufactured In-House:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact at mslisa@creativeallure.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after we receive the returned item(s) and confirm conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Products Manufactured by Our Print Partners:

  • Due to the custom nature of these items, products made by our print partner are not eligible for returns. These products are made-to-order specifically for each customer.
  • If there is an is issue with your order, such as a manufacturing error or defect, please contact us mslisa@creativeallure.com. We will work with to resolve the issue promptly.

General Guidelines:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluated the issue and make it right.
  • We do not accept returns for items not in their original condition, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders for in-stock items are generally processed and shipped within 2-7 business days after the order placed and processed.
  • Shipping charges for Priority Mail will be calculated at checkout based on the order size and shipping destination.

    • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package's progress.
    • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information.

    Important Shipping Information:

    Please be aware that if your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately. Items fulfilled by our print partner or those requiring different packaging techniques might arrive on different dates. You will receive individual tracking information for each package as it is shipped.
